Musidora is the latest album from lor2mg, a genre-hopping chameleon who can do basically anything. The album comes out on March 27th, and is an entirely self produced project of pop love songs. Musidora’s only single, “elsies”, came out on March 17th, and seriously, if you ever listen to the likes of Mitski, or Cocteau Twins, then you should be seeking this out. “Elsies” is a hopeful, pretty tune, Lor’s vocal melodies ring so nicely over a guitar being softly played. 

To me this song sounds like some unreleased Angel Olsen from 2016, which is perfect because MY WOMAN is my favorite Angel Olsen album. A couple weeks ago I had no clue what genre the next lor2mg project would be, today Musidora is one of my most anticipated albums in a long time.
